Job summary

SSG Training & Consultancy Ltd, part of the Celnor Group, is recruiting a Sales Advisor in Plymouth. You will be the main contact for customers, turning inquiries into bookings and building strong relationships to drive growth.

Strong communication, a proactive approach, and credibility with decision-makers are essential. As a full-time on-site role, you will manage bookings, upsell services, and collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless training delivery process and excellent customer

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries from new and existing customers, converting interest into bookings or meetings.
• Identify and act on opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services.
• Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Promote services, packages, and promotions in an engaging way.
• Generate new sales opportunities through outbound calls and email activity.
• Lead or contribute to strategic sales campaigns and drives toward targets.
• Identify service improvements and gather client feedback.
• Manage bookings accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up with potential customers to secure bookings and improve conversion rates.
• Work toward individual and team targets for bookings, engagement, and revenue growth.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience at every stage.
