Job summary

CareCo is hiring a Customer Sales Advisor at our CareCo HQ in Braintree. You will join the telesales team, delivering top-notch service and matching customer needs to our wide product range. There is no cold calling; you will engage existing customers and interested prospects.

• Handle sales enquiries from new and existing customers with professionalism and empathy
• Contact existing customers to discuss additional products
• Work towards achievement of sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain and update customer accounts

Salary: £26,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 5 days
Shifts: Rota over 7 days of Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 / 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday 10:00 – 16:30
Location: CareCo HQ, Braintree

We don’t do pushy sales or cold calling – our target audience are either existing customers or they’ve expressed an interest after seeing one of our adverts.
As a Customer Sales Advisor, you will:

• Act as an ambassador for CareCo, providing the very best customer service at all times

About You

To be considered for the position of Customer Sales Advisor, you will need:

• The ability to multitask and manage your own workload

Experience within a busy call centre environment is highly desirable.
