JewsonCroydon is seeking a Sales Advisor at our Croydon branch. This full-time position involves a dual role with yard coverage and a focus on developing new business while nurturing existing customer relationships.

You will lead prospecting efforts, manage accounts, onboard new customers, and drive margin and wallet share growth through proactive selling. A team-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential.

Formación

• Passion for sales and willingness to support the team.
• Experience in yard coverage is beneficial.
• Full-time role with Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00; every other Saturday 08:00–12:00.

Responsabilidades

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
• Manage existing customer relationships and upsell/cross-sell solutions.
• Onboard and activate new customers to maximise spend in first 13 weeks.
• Drive profitability by improving margins and wallet share.
• Oversee the sales process from lead to close with accurate forecasting.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and presentations.
• Prepare and share timely reports on sales activities and market feedback.
