Jewson Croydon is recruiting for a Sales Advisor to join our friendly branch on Addiscombe Road. This is a full‑time role (Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00, every other Saturday 8:00–12:00) where you’ll help customers, build relationships and occasionally cover the yard.

You’ll need enthusiasm for sales, a willingness to support the team, and a focus on delivering excellent service. If you value decency, teamwork and pride in your work, you’ve found your home with Jewson.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting: identify new business opportunities and pursue new customer accounts.
• Account Management - Customer Retention & Growth: maintain and grow existing relationships through needs understanding and upselling.
• Onboarding & Activation: ensure new customers are onboarded and activated within the first weeks.
• Margin & Share of Wallet growth: optimise margins and increase share of wallet per customer.
• Sales Process Management: manage the full sales cycle from lead to close with accurate forecasting.
• Customer engagement: conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Reporting & Feedback: provide timely reports on sales activities, customer feedback and market insights.
