Job summary

Jewson in Morecambe (LA3 3DT) is seeking a proactive Sales Advisor to engage with customers, understand their needs, and promote our product lines across the branch. You will build strong relationships face to face and over the phone, process orders, manage deliveries, and keep the branch welcoming and well stocked while supporting colleagues to continually improve service.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings, offering a competitive salary and a range of benefits

Qualifications

• Ability to build rapport with new and existing customers.
• Clear and confident communication with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Know product lines and services to assist customer interactions in line with Jewson values.
• Develop relationships with customers face to face and over the phone, offering proactive advice.
• Use in-house systems to process orders and payments, organise deliveries and update accounts.
• Keep the branch clean, tidy and welcoming for customers.
• Maintain stock levels with regular counts and assist colleagues to improve service.
