Job summary

Jewson in Morecambe (LA3 3DT) is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our team. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday 7:30–17:00, with alternating Saturdays 08:00–12:00, supporting customers with product knowledge and expert service.

You will build strong customer relationships, process orders and payments, manage deliveries, and contribute to a tidy, efficient branch environment while collaborating with colleagues to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to maximise every customer interaction per Jewson values.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone, understanding needs and offering proactive advice.
• Use in-house systems to process orders and payments, organise delivery times and update customer accounts.
• Keep the branch clean and welcoming to make a great first impression on customers.
• Maintain stock levels with regular stock counts and support colleagues with improvement ideas.
