Thorn Baker Construction in Stafford is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a brand-new housing development. You will manage the sales process from enquiry to completion and conduct viewings of new homes.

This role offers progression opportunities, a retainer for the first 3–6 months, fuel allowance, and an uncapped commission scheme with an OTE of £50,000–£70,000. Strong customer service, confident independence and a target-driven, professional approach are essential to succeed on this single-manned
