Job summary

Approach Personnel Ltd. is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a private developer on a permanent basis at their site in Biggleswade. The role focuses on selling New Build housing, meeting quarterly targets, and maintaining high standards throughout the sales journey.

You will drive lead management, customer appointments, and completions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth progress and exceptional customer experience. A base salary with OTE is offered.

• Commercially astute with an understanding of the market and competitors.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and the sale of finishing touches, to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Update and maintain the CRM system to log the customer journey and provide timely management information.
• Collaborate with Construction, Commercial and Legal teams to meet progress targets and provide updates on plot progress.
• Ensure compliance with Group Health, Safety and Environment policy during site visits and demonstrations.

Are you an experienced Sales Advisor, with a stong background in New Build Housing?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with a privately owned, regional 5* developer who are currently on the look out for a Sales Advisor to join them on a permanent basis out of their site in Biggleswade. As a New Build Housing Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in the commercial success of our developments, by hitting your sales targets on a quarterly basis, ensuring compliance and standards are upheld through the entirety of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the sales activities for allocated developments, including lead management, customer appointments, reservations, sales transactions, legal completions and the sale of finishing touches, to ensure achievement of sales targets.
• Update and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to log the customer journey and facilitate timely and accurate management information.
• Work cohesively with other departments across the Operating Company such as Construction, Commercial and Legal to ensure achievement of completion targets and timely updates relating to plot progress.
• Comply with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy and ensure compliance of prospective buyers during site visits and pre-sale and new home demonstrations to minimise incidents and accidents.
