Job summary

We are seeking an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join a leading five star house builder with sites across the North West. You will drive sales from an allocated development, manage the sales office, and ensure superb customer service throughout the process.

The role requires a full driving licence, weekend work, and a focus on achieving targets with a competitive salary, uncapped commission, and quarterly bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the allocated development sales office and drive sales progress.

• Maintain presentation of sales arena, plots and the sales office.
• Ensure paperwork and site administration is up to date.

Are you an experienced Sales Advisor in the New Homes industry looking to join a leading five star house builder?

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced New Homes Sales Advisor to join an award-winning private house builder who build beautiful new homes with character and quality in highly desirable locations in the North West. Their house types range from apartments, mews and townhouses as well as spacious detached homes. Over the years they have forged an enviable reputation for delivering excellent customer service and have received many prestigious accolades over the years.

With new sites coming up in the Cheshire and Lancashire region they have multiple opportunities available.

Sales Advisor Role

Reporting to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for taking the lead on your allocated development running of the sales office maintaining necessary records and documentation of all stages of the sales progress. Your role will involve dealing with all prospective/existing customers in a professional and engaging manner to ensure the best customer experience achieving sales of properties and extras to suitable customers in line with agreed targets e.g., legal completions, average selling price.

Skills, Experience and Requirements

• Previous experience working for a house builder selling new build properties
• Proven sales record and the ability to demonstrate good sales and negotiation, organisational and time management skills
• Ensuring a good flow of sales whilst maximising profit
• Promoting company mortgage arrangements, including referral to Independent Mortgage Advice, managing transactions and ensuring timely completions
• Maintaining the presentation of sales arena, stock plots and the sales office
• Ensuring that all paperwork and site administration is up to date
• Conducting local market research

As a Sales Advisor you will be required to have a full driving licence and your own car and will be required to work weekends and Bank Holidays (provided in lieu).
