Job summary

Saltrock Keswick is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our in-store team on a 4 hour contract, bringing a friendly approach and enthusiasm for the Saltrock brand. You’ll work with an energetic team, assist customers, process sales, and help maintain a welcoming, well-presented store environment while delivering an excellent shopping experience.

You'll benefit from holiday entitlements pro-rata for part-time roles, a uniform allowance, and a 50% discount on Saltrock products.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to engage with customers and upsell products.
• Comfortable handling cash and card payments.
• Keep shelves and displays tidy and well presented.
• Strong communication with customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for product and brand.
• Deliver excellent in-store experience and customer engagement.
• Maintain store cleanliness and high housekeeping standards.
• Provide product information, features and stock availability to customers.
• Assist with markdowns and price changes as scheduled.
• Keep product tidy and replenished; support merchandising per guidelines.
• Process deliveries and stock intake.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Process deliveries

What you will bring on the journey

• Recognition of the importance ofstrong visual merchandising
• Competent at till operations and Cash/cardhandling
• Experience in Retail would bedesirable but not essential
