CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor in Knutsford to contact interested customers, guide them through options, and explain features clearly and professionally.

You will deliver excellent customer service, hit KPI targets, and maintain accurate CRM records in a fast-paced, compliant environment. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotational weekend included.

The Role as a Outbound Sales Advisor

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you'll contact customers who have expressed an interest in our services, guiding them through available options and answering any questions they may have.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers through outbound calls and email communications
• Explain product features, benefits, and suitability in a clear and professional manner
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the customer journey
• Manage customer enquiries and follow up on leads generated through various channels
• Accurately maintain customer records using CRM and internal systems
• Identify potentially vulnerable customers and follow appropriate processes
• Meet individual and team KPI, quality, and sales targets
• Ensure all conversations and customer interactions remain fully compliant
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider department
• Support continuous improvement and adapt to changing business requirements

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

• Previous experience within an outbound sales, telesales, contact centre
• Strong telephone-based communication skills
• Proven ability to build rapport and influence customers positively
• Experience recording and maintaining accurate customer information
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Ability to work to targets, deadlines, and quality standards

Working Hours
