Job summary

NTER TALENT is hiring four Outbound Sales Advisors in Crewe for a full-time, office-based role. You will engage with new business customers, introduce fleet and telematics solutions, and aim for clear sales targets in a high-energy, high-volume environment.

Expect around 90–100 calls daily and strong earning potential through commissions. We offer a structured 12-week academy, 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays, an employee fuel card, retail discounts, regular incentives and clear career

Qualifications

Crewe | £26,000 basic | Realistic OTE £44,000 | Full-time, office-based

Want a sales role where your attitude and drive matter more than having years of experience?

We’re hiring 4 Outbound Sales Advisors to join a fast-growing team in Crewe.

You’ll be speaking with new business customers, introducing fleet and telematics solutions and working towards clear sales targets.

This is a high-energy, high-volume outbound role, with around 90-100 calls per day, so you’ll need to be confident, resilient and comfortable hearing "no" before getting to the "yes".
