Job summary

CCA Recruitment Group is seeking an Outbound Sales Advisor in Knutsford to contact interested customers, guide them through options, and explain features clearly and professionally.

You will deliver excellent customer service, hit KPI targets, and maintain accurate CRM records in a fast-paced, compliant environment. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with a rotational weekend included.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or call centres.
• Strong telephone-based communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and influence customers.
• Experience recording and maintaining accurate customer information.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Able to meet targets, deadlines, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers through outbound calls and emails.
• Explain product features, benefits and suitability clearly.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage.
• Manage enquiries and follow up leads from multiple channels.
• Maintain customer records accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Identify potentially vulnerable customers and follow processes.
• Meet individual and team KPI, quality, and sales targets.
• Ensure conversations stay compliant and collaborate across the department.
• Support continuous improvement and adapt to changing requirements.
