Sales Advisor – High-End Property Developer (East Midlands)

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for property? Our client, a well‑known and highly respected high‑end property developer in the UK, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join their established team.

About the Role:

• Provide a seamless, stress‑free experience for customers purchasing premium homes.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while promoting a high‑quality product.
• Work closely with a friendly, professional team in a dynamic and rewarding environment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in property sales, ideally within the housebuilding sector.
• Personable, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Details:

• Location: Sites across the East Midlands
• Salary: £28,000–£29,000 basic, with OTE of approximately £50,000
• Working Hours: Thursday to Monday, 10:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
• Rota: Rolling weekend schedule – one weekend off in ten, with Tuesday/Wednesday rest days either side
