Job summary

Saltrock Surfwear Ltd. is seeking a Sales Advisor on a 12-hour contract to join our coastal brand team. You will engage with customers, deliver an excellent store experience and drive sales while maintaining brand standards in a busy retail environment.

Join a vibrant Saltrock store and help create a welcoming atmosphere, support merchandising, and uphold high store housekeeping. Previous retail exposure is welcome but not essential, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• A warm and friendly manner that fits Saltrock's culture.
• Competent at till operations and cash/card handling.
• Retail experience would be desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Help achieve sales targets by demonstrating passion for the product and the brand while processing sales transactions with care.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience and a welcoming store atmosphere.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to keep the store healthy and safe.
• Provide customers with information about products, features, benefits and stock availability.
• Assist with markdowns/price alterations within agreed timescales.
• Keep products tidy, presentable and replenish as needed.
• Support merchandising efforts in line with guidelines.
• Handle keyholder responsibilities as required.

Job Description

A brilliant opportunity to work within our Retail team. You’ll work alongside an energeticteam, who are passionate about our product and engaging with our customers deliveringan excellent experience for them while they are in store.

Role

• Helping to achieve salestargets by demonstrating a passion for the product and the brand whileprocessing sales transactions with care
• Ensuring customers have a positiveexperience within our store making it an inviting and welcoming atmosphere.
• Keeping housekeeping to a high standardthe outcome being a healthy and safe store
• Be able to feed ourcustomers with information about our product including features and benefitsand stock availability
• Help implement any markdown/price alterations within agreed timescales
• Keeping our product tidyand presentable and replenish as needed
• Support when requested with merchandising product in conjunction withour guidelines
• Keyholder responsibilities
