We’re looking for an organised, detail-oriented Sales Administrator who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.

My client is a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider (MSP) delivering exceptional IT support, cloud solutions, and managed technology services to a wide range of SME clients. Our business thrives on collaboration, quality service delivery, and trusted client relationships.

Role Overview

As the Sales Administrator, you will be the key link between our sales, service desk services, and accounts teams — supporting customer acquisition, administration and marketing campaign support, managing quotes and renewals, and maintaining accurate records across our CRM systems.

You’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of client operations, from the first quote through to invoicing and ongoing support.

The Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Administration
  • Work closely with the sales team to prepare, issue, and track sales quotes for new and existing customers.
  • Ensure all customer quotes and proposals are accurate, approved, and recorded in the CRM.
  • Assist with renewals, customer onboarding documentation, and service agreements.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records in the company CRM system.
  • Provide administrative support for account management and client communications.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted customer lists for campaigns.
  • Follow up on marketing campaigns with phone calls and personalised emails.
  • Maintain customer and prospect databases to support marketing and sales efforts.
Service Coordination
  • Liaise with the service delivery team to ensure a smooth handover from sales to operations for new customer setups, renewals, and projects.
  • Track progress of ongoing projects and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Communicate updates between internal teams to ensure consistency and visibility.
Accounts & Billing
  • Work with the accounts team to manage billing queries and ensure customer details and agreements are correct.
  • Support with customer renewals and contract documentation.
  • Verify sales and renewal data for accurate invoicing and financial reporting.
We are seeking: These Essential Experience & Skills
  • Ideally, previous experience working in a similar role and tech solutions environment.
  • Experience with sales quote preparation and supporting account or sales teams.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The Desirable skills are: (Nice to Have)
  • Previous experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Understanding of SME technology solutions ( Microsoft 365, networking, backup, and security products).
  • Knowledge of MSP licensing models and recurring revenue services.
  • Experience using ConnectWise (CRM / PSA).
  • Familiarity with Kaseya Quote Manager or other IT quoting tools.
  • Basic understanding of project coordination or customer onboarding processes.
