Job summary

Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd is seeking a Sales Administrator for the Mobile Crawler Cranes Sales Department on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will provide efficient, professional, and timely administrative support to the LWE Sales function, reporting to the Divisional Manager, helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of KPIs while delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes including transport, logistics, customs, and travel bookings.
• Create and upload records in the Baan system; raise third party orders and invoices.
• Scan, organize and maintain documentation.
• Support sales team and liaise with workshops and training teams.
• Contribute to customer correspondence and departmental meetings; respond to requests promptly.
