Job summary

Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Biggleswade.

You will support the Mobile Crawler Cranes Sales Department with efficient administrative tasks, systems data, and cross‑functional collaboration to help achieve KPIs and deliver excellent service to customers. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Experience processing purchase orders and invoices.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative processes for transport, logistics, customs, and bookings.
• Create and upload records in the Baan system; raise third party orders and invoices.
• Maintain documentation and ensure timely customer and supplier correspondence.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to support department objectives.
• Provide back-up support to sales and drive continuous process improvements.
