Liebherr-Great Britain Ltd. is seeking a Sales Operations Support Manager for the Earthmoving division in Biggleswade. You will lead the Sales Support team, coordinate logistics, and drive performance metrics to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations.

You will liaise with regional sales managers, finance, and after-sales to maintain smooth delivery, stock forecasting, and reporting. A strong background in data analysis and MS Office/CRM tools is required.

Mansioni

• Oversee day-to-day management of Sales Support and staff.
• Coordinate with logistics providers for movement of goods.
• Monitor performance targets, budgets and costs for the department.
• Liaise with After Sales and Workshops to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support purchasing of third-party items to fit machines.
• Meet monthly new machine invoice and delivery targets.
• Forecast stock and align with business objectives.
