You will handle customer calls, liaise with engineers and the after-sales team, and assemble invoices with relevant data. Strong communication and admin skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls from customers and liaise with service engineers and sales team.
• Prepare internal and external invoices using provided information.
• Enter engineers’ times to build cost bases for invoices and payroll.
• Create and maintain machine files and records in an organised way.
• Identify and implement improvements to after-sales administration processes.
• Collate information to support invoices.
