Job summary

John Grose Group in Ipswich is seeking a highly organised Vehicle Sales Administrator to support our busy sales operation across car, CV, retail and fleet departments. Full training will be provided, and the role is on a 37.5 hour week.

You will process vehicle sales orders from order to delivery, manage customer and vehicle data across internal systems, and liaise with manufacturers, finance companies and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with a customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Administrative experience is helpful but not essential.
