Job summary

Marshall Motor Group in Fernhill, England, is seeking an organised part-time Sales and Finance Administrator to support day-to-day administration for new and used vehicle sales. The role offers 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12pm to 6pm, with a competitive pay package.

You will maintain stock records, handle registrations and taxation, and coordinate with the workshop to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, preferably in automotive sector.
• Strong IT skills, especially Excel; Kerridge experience is a bonus.
• Excellent attention to detail and methodical, accurate working style.
• Ability to work independently and communicate across departments while collaborating with a team.

Job description

• You'll support both the Sales and Finance teams with the day-to-day administration involved in selling new and used vehicles.
• You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate vehicle stock records, organising new registrations and taxation, and liaising with the workshop to ensure pre-sale work is completed on time.
• You'll also prepare handover files, process sales invoices, and ensure all documentation is completed and compliant to support a seamless customer journey.

• Someone with previous administration experience - ideally from an automotive background, though this is by no means essential.
• Someone with strong IT skills (Excel essential; Kerridge experience is a bonus), excellent attention to detail and a methodical, accurate working style.
• Someone who can manage their workload independently, communicate confidently across departments, and work well within a team
