• You'll manage and nurture customer relationships from booking through to service completion, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
• You'll support and train new team members within the Service department, driving performance and meeting KPIs.
• Acting as a key point of contact, you'll handle complex customer issues with professionalism and collaborate with management for solutions.
• You'll complete all administration accurately, maintaining high standards of customer care throughout their Marshall journey.
