Job summary

Marshall Volvo Milton Keynes is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to keep workshop operations moving within our aftersales team.

You will receive, unload, and record all incoming parts, maintain inventory records, and respond to enquiries from workshops and customers with prompt, expert service.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working independently or in a team.
• Motivated, organised, and prioritising Health & Safety in the workplace.

In this role:

• You'll receive, unload and accurately record all incoming parts and stock deliveries.
• You'll store and organise parts, maintaining clear, up-to-date inventory records in our internal systems.
• You'll respond to internal workshop and external customer enquiries in person, by phone and via email, delivering a quick and expert service.
• You'll pick and distribute parts for technicians, working closely with service advisors and the sales team to keep every job on schedule.

Requirements

• Someone with previous experience as a Parts Advisor, ideally within a franchised dealership.
• Someone comfortable following established processes and procedures, and working both independently and as part of a team.
• Someone motivated, organised and who prioritises Health & Safety in the workplace.
• Someone tech‑savvy and confident using iPad or similar software for inventory management.
• Most importantly, someone who takes pride in delivering a positive experience for every customer and colleague, every time.
