Job summary

Otter House in Exeter is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our busy office. You will handle customer inquiries, order processing, invoicing and account setup while supporting the Sales Admin Manager.

The role requires strong communication and Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A hybrid arrangement may be offered after training.

Qualifications

• Computer literate with strong Excel and Outlook skills.
• Excellent telephone manner and customer service focus.
• Ability to manage multiple inboxes and prioritise workload.
• Proactive and able to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first class service to customers over the phone and via email.
• Inputting and processing orders and credits accurately.
• Daily invoicing and keeping order progress updated.
• Open new accounts on the in-house system.
• Liaise with couriers and internal departments to ensure smooth sales process.
• Support the Sales Admin Manager and team with reporting.
• Assist with mailshots and general admin duties.
