Job summary

Office Angels in Exeter is seeking a proactive Sales & Customer Service Administrator to support customers, handle sales enquiries, and provide essential admin across the business.

You will deliver excellent service, upsell where appropriate, build relationships with customers and suppliers, and contribute to a friendly, professional team environment. The role is office-based with free parking.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong product knowledge to provide accurate advice and support.
• Process orders, maintain records, and carry out general administrative duties.
