Responsibilities
  • Leading two or more client accounts simultaneously
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with client objectives
  • Conduct outbound calls and targeted outreach to identify new opportunities, cultivate prospects, and enhance client relationships
  • Ensuring CRM and account metrics are consistently updated
  • Supporting and coaching Account Executives
  • Driving client retention and revenue growth
Experience
  • Extensive experience in B2B account management, sales, or business development, preferably in client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and lead teams
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
