Job summary

Optimise Talent Limited is recruiting a Sales Account Manager in Bolton to manage a portfolio of existing clients and drive cross-sell opportunities in tech.

The role offers a basic salary of £26,000–£30,000 with an uncapped commission and an OTE of £50,000, plus 36 days holidays, private medical and dental care, and a company pension. Working hours are Monday to Friday, with no weekends.

Qualifications

• 12 months experience in an Account Manager or Sales position.
• Consultative sales approach with ability to manage accounts.
• Tech-savvy with IT or tech background preferred.
• Able to cross-sell tech products to existing clients.

Responsibilities

• Looking after a portfolio of existing clients and cross selling additional tech related products
• Ensuring client satisfaction is exceeded and nurturing long term relationships
• Identifying pain points and opportunities to effectively expand client spend
• Post sales support for clients once they onboarded
• Ensuring client retention and accurate forecasting of client spend

The package for Sales Account Manager:

• A basic salary of £26,000 -£30,000
• An uncapped commission structure and OTE of £50,000
