Job summary

Marstep Resourcing Solutions is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Account Management Team. The role may suit someone from a technical field looking to branch into Sales/Account Management, with full training provided.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £45,000 per year, plus uncapped OTE. Early earnings show £60-70K in year 1, and £75-90K+ in year 2+ for top performers. Hybrid flexible working is offered with office-based days when not with customers.

Job description

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for an experienced Account manager to join our Account Management Team or you may be currently working in the technical field and be interested in branching out into providing customer solutions in Sales/Account Management and will be given full training/guidance along the way.

Salary and OTE

£35,000-£45,000 per annum + Uncapped OTE

On-Target Earnings (OTE):

• Year 1 (with ramp): £60-70K
• Year 2+ (fully ramped): £75-90K+
• Top performers earning significantly more (structure is uncapped)

Person Specification

We are now looking to enhance our customer engagement and ensure the needs of the customer are fully met, both in terms of Value, but essentially as a full technical solution to meet their current and future business needs.

The Account Manager will work alongside the Sales Manager to deliver the optimum solution to the customer.

Collaborative working, listening and understanding what the customer wants and identifying current and future needs will be essential to the customer success.

This new role will set even higher standards of customer delivery and satisfaction and ensure we get it right first time every time.
