Job Title: Sales Account Executive

Reports to: VP Sales

Contract: Full Time/Permanent

Location: Global - Fully remote

Salary package: 35,000 GBP + uncapped monthly commissions + up to 30% annual bonus based on individual and company target achievements

Role Summary:

Sell Exhibitors and Sponsors into our DELIVER events, ensuring maximum sales, sponsor satisfaction, and ROI by acting as a business partner for your assigned accounts and facilitating a dedicated matchmaking process for your 1-2-1 meetings agenda.

Meet sales targets by booking new, lapsed, and retention customers for the DELIVER portfolio of events.

Ensure accurate and timely reporting and CRM management to enable efficient business forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet and, wherever possible, exceed targeted sales goals (New Business and Account Management)
  • Build and sustain long-lasting relationships with existing and potential hosts and sponsors
  • Proactively source and participate in converting an active pipeline
  • Ensure accurate and timely CRM and daily sales reporting
  • Support pull-through of plans with other sales/marketing resources, as required
  • Ensure all activities comply with company promotional policies and ethical standards

Requirements and Skills:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience, ideally in B2B Sales
  • Experience in using CRM systems
  • Comfortable with direct client outreach: calls, online social media, etc.
  • High analytical skills with genuine client care
  • Emotionally ready and eager to collaborate within a remote, global, and diverse organization
