Job Summary

Stafford Health & Wellbeing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Salaried GP to join our friendly and enthusiastic team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and clinical assessments to patients, managing a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with practice policies and NHS standards.
• Participate in duty doctor rota and contribute to on-call responsibilities as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, including GPs, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
• Support the practice’s commitment to training and education, including mentoring opportunities for medical students and GP registrars.
• Engage in clinical governance activities, including audits, significant event reviews, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and delivery of enhanced services and participate in PCN activities.

Essential Qualifications

• GMC registration with a licence to practise.
• Inclusion on the NHS Performers List.

Desirable Qualifications

• Experience in teaching or mentoring.

Working pattern & Pay

Part-time, 5 sessions per week (Monday x2, Thursday x2, Friday morning x1). Salary £11,500 per session.
