Join our team at Brooklands Health Centre as a Salaried General Practitioner!

OneMedical Group has expanded in Milton Keynes. Since 1st September 2023, we have been delivering exceptional care services across three sites : Brooklands, Whitehouse, and Neath Hill surgeries.

We’re looking for a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) to be part of our dynamic team at Brooklands Health Centre, where every day brings the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centred care alongside an expert multi-disciplinary team. Whether you’re an experienced GP or at the beginning of your journey, we want to hear from you!

This is a part-time permanent job. We have 20 hours per week available. The full-time for us is 40 hours per week. We understand the importance of work-life balance. Our flexible approach extends to shift patterns, allowing us to explore options that suit both you and the team. Let’s discuss how we can tailor the role during the interview.

Your Role

As a GP with OneMedical Group, you will play a vital role in delivering safe, effective, and compliant care to our patients and communities. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Managing a mix of telephone, face-to-face, and home visit appointments.
  • Delivering planned and urgent primary care tailored to patient needs.
  • Proactively supporting patients with complex or long‑term conditions to help them stay well.
  • Offering expert advice and guidance to support the wider MDT.
  • Upholding high standards of evidence‑based, patient‑focused care.
What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking individuals who are :

  • GMC‑registered and listed on the GP Specialty Register (essential)
  • Included on the Performers List (essential)
  • Experienced in primary or urgent care, or newly qualified and eager to grow.
  • Skilled communicators with the ability to engage at all levels.
  • Organised and committed to providing high‑quality care.
