Job summary

Leidos UK & Europe is seeking a Service Asset and Configuration Management Lead to own SACM processes for major IT services in the Huntingdon area. You will define configuration management plans, data dictionaries and modelling guides, coordinating with Service Delivery, Architecture and Project teams to ensure assets and configurations are accurate and auditable.

The role requires ITIL expertise, strong stakeholder management and the ability to write clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing SACM solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of ITIL and practical SACM implementation.
• Ability to write coherent, concise technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver SACM architecture and documentation.
• Collaborate with Service Operations to ensure service levels and performance.
• Lead SACM elements of delivery to enable transition to BAU and live production.
