Job summary

Experis UK is seeking a DV-cleared Service Asset & Configuration Manager (SACM) to join a high-security programme in Corsham. You will lead SACM governance, manage the CMS, and work with stakeholders to drive continuous improvement across the estate, ensuring data quality and effective configuration management.

The role requires DV clearance and on-site work in Corsham, with a 6-month contract and a daily rate of up to £500 via umbrella.

Qualifications

• Proven SACM experience in complex enterprises
• Strong CMDB/CMS governance and data quality
• Experience with ITIL-aligned service management
• Knowledge of SACM principles and best practices
• Experience with Remedy or similar tooling
• Strong stakeholder engagement and reporting skills
• Ability to analyse data and produce meaningful KPIs
• Experience chairing governance meetings and driving actions

Responsibilities

• Lead SACM process governance and tooling
• Own CMS and act as primary contact for incidents and updates
• Leverage CMDB data to support Change, Release, and Incident Management
• Perform configuration baseline comparisons and validation for changes
• Ensure SACM data quality and remediation activities
• Produce KPI metrics and reporting packs for stakeholders
• Chair and coordinate Configuration Management Boards
• Model enterprise SACM processes within the live service environment using Remedy
