Job summary

TrustFlight is seeking a Training Manager to own and deliver the software customer training and education programme, ensuring customers have the knowledge to maximise value. The role covers face‑to‑face and virtual training, plus developing eLearning content, contributing to product adoption, customer satisfaction, time‑to‑value, and training revenue.

Role operates globally with UK/European/international customers; hybrid work pattern is 2 days in the office per week. Up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in training, enablement, or customer education within SaaS or technology.
• Experience designing and delivering customer training programmes for technology products.
• Experience creating eLearning content, training guides, and help documentation.
• Experience in aviation, aerospace, or other regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve face‑to‑face and virtual training programmes across TrustFlight’s product suite (Centrik, TechLog, MEL Manager, SmartSuite).
• Develop and maintain eLearning content that enables customer self‑service learning and scales training delivery beyond instructor‑led sessions.
• Scope, schedule, and deliver customer training engagements, including commercially sold training services; identify adoption gaps and deliver targeted enablement with Implementation and Customer Success.
• Establish and track training effectiveness metrics, using data and customer feedback to continuously improve content quality and delivery approach.
• Manage the training content roadmap, prioritising updates based on product releases, customer feedback, and support trends.
