Job summary

QA Ltd in London is seeking a Principal Learning Specialist/Trainer (Agile/lean) to deliver Scaled Agile and AI-enabled learning, coaching and advisory services. You will empower individuals, teams and leaders to apply modern ways of working and achieve measurable business outcomes in a hybrid London setting.

The role requires deep SAFe expertise, hands-on training experience, and the ability to tailor programmes for diverse client audiences, including AI literacy and governance considerations.

Qualifications

• Recent SAFe expertise with hands-on delivery.
• Experience designing and delivering blended learning programmes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Agile and Lean learning programmes across classroom, virtual and blended formats.
• Design bespoke training courses to meet client needs.
• Act as client advisor for SAFe offerings and identify opportunities during delivery.
