Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking a Support Engineer for SaaS applications in a fast-growing, customer-focused team. You will handle customer-facing support across the business, monitor automation, and contribute to database and code-level fixes in Java and Python.

The role requires strong SQL, excellent communication, and experience in B2B software. Cloud monitoring with AWS is a plus, and exposure to Datadog, Grafana or Sumo Logic is valued. This is an on-site position in the London area.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar App Support / Support Engineering position.
• Experience working in a B2B software environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good SQL.
• Educated to at least a BSc level.
• Experience of Cloud (AWS) monitoring and automation is ideal (Datadog, Grafana, Sumo Logic etc).

Responsibilities

• Part of a growing Ops and Application Support team, joining as an Application/Support Engineer.
• Handle customer-facing support across the business and monitor automation.
• Support and fix issues in application and code (e.g., Java, Python).
• Contribute to DevOps tooling and methods as the team evolves.
