Job summary

Oliver Bernard is recruiting for a fast-growing SaaS company in central London seeking a technical Platform / DevOps Support Engineer to join the Support team.

You’ll work across Cloud, DevOps and Platform operations, supporting production services and taking ownership of day-to-day health. You’ll be involved in incident management, automation projects and contributing to new software and application architecture.

Qualifications

• Strong background in application support – APIs, data and SQL.
• Experience in operational support, DevOps or platform.
• Coding understanding (Python, Java).
• Good understanding of web applications and cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational health of production services.
• Lead incident management and resolution efforts.
• Work on automation projects and new software/architecture ideas.
• Provide end-user support with clear ownership and visibility.
