Job summary

Oliver Bernard is seeking an Application Support / Support Engineer for a fast-growing SaaS company in London. You will handle customer-facing support across the business, monitor automation, and assist with SQL scripting and database development.

The role involves debugging application and code fixes (Java, Python) and helping build out DevOps methods and tools. Strong communication and B2B software experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar App Support / Support Engineering position.
• Experience working in a B2B software environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good SQL.
• Cloud (AWS) monitoring and automation experience ideal (Datadog, Grafana, Sumologic).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer-facing support across the business and monitor automation.
• Develop SQL scripts and perform database development and fixes.
• Assist with application fixes and code changes (Java, Python) and help build out DevOps tooling.
