Job summary

The Recruitment Index Ltd is recruiting a Customer Support Technician for a fast-growing UK SaaS company. You will join a friendly team, handling a range of customer queries with warmth and professionalism while applying your knowledge of web technologies.

You’ll provide support via phone, video, email and chat, run product demonstrations, onboard new customers, and deliver training sessions, with occasional travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required.
• Experience in a support technician role.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm, logical problem-solving approach.
• Experience with cloud platforms, video calls, or training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer queries with warmth and professionalism.
• Provide support by phone, video, email, and chat.
• Run product demonstrations, onboard new customers, and deliver training sessions.
• Liaise between customers and internal teams, sharing feedback for improvements.
• Travel occasionally for client meetings or trade shows; weekend travel is compensated with time off in lieu.
