Job summary

Digital Appointments is seeking a Software Support Specialist for a field-based role across the UK. You will install the company’s software at client sites, provide hands-on training, and support customers through onboarding to ensure smooth operation.

You’ll travel to client sites, manage schedules, and act as the on-site face of the company. Full training is provided on the platform and installation processes, with opportunities for progression within a growing SaaS business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with daily client interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Proactive, organised and professional in approach.
• A full UK driving licence is essential with willingness to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Install the platform’s software at client sites across the UK.
