Job summary

Digital Appointments is seeking a Software Support Specialist to join a growing SaaS platform from the field. You will install the software at client sites across the UK, deliver hands-on training, and support customers throughout onboarding to ensure a confident start.

You’ll travel to client sites, manage installation schedules, and tailor deployments to specific requirements while representing the business professionally with excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in software support or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sharp eye for detail.
• Proactive, organised and professional in your approach.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Comfortable managing your own diary and working independently on the road.

Responsibilities

• Installing the platform's software at client sites across the UK.
• Delivering hands-on user training and post-installation support to help customers get the most out of the system.
• Working closely with clients to tailor installations to their specific requirements.
• Managing your own installation schedule, documentation and customer feedback.
• Acting as a professional ambassador for the business at every customer interaction.
• Building trusted working relationships that keep clients coming back.
