Hybrid role in the Midlands-South, with a base salary 40k-45k and an OTE 60k-80k plus car allowance and benefits; responsible for growing software sales across the UK and Europe.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of field IT sales, a proven new business wins track record, and experience selling SAAS solutions to construction/AEC clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of new business wins and account development.
• Experience in selling SAAS/software solutions.
• A minimum of 2-3 years IT field sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell the portfolio of construction software and services into new logos and existing customers across the South of the UK.
• Adopt a consultative, solution-led sales approach and develop opportunities in the AEC/construction sector.
• Aim to achieve and exceed sales targets while building long-term relationships.
