Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years' experience in a SaaS demonstration or solutions role.
• Experience leading or presenting technical proposals during a sales cycle.
• Software/food industry background.
• Knowledge of AI in SaaS and ability to articulate ROI.
• Experience with MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Experience with HubSpot CRM.
• Knowledge of food industry products and services.
• Ability to communicate business value to customers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery calls to understand customer requirements, pain points, and business challenges
• Create demo plans mapping customer requirements to relevant platform tools
• Ensure proposed solutions address customer pain points before building demos
• Build bespoke, customer‑specific software demonstrations, often leveraging customer data under NDA
• Deliver engaging live demos highlighting product value, ROI, and alignment with customer objectives
• Act as an ongoing technical point of contact post-demo, answering product questions and creating short explainer videos when needed
• Prepare and complete RFIs and RFPs accurately and in alignment with customer requirements
• Maintain an up‑to‑date library of technical responses and supporting materials
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Implementation, and Product teams on product knowledge, demo features, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities
• Stay current on Foods Connected functionality, new features, technology trends, and food industry regulations and challenges
• Build trust with prospects through product knowledge and understanding of their business context
