Job summary

Runtime is seeking a technically curious, client-facing engineer to sit between customers and our AI developer cloud. Based in the UK, you’ll understand client goals, stand up fast demo clusters, and demonstrate how the platform solves exact problems while feeding field learnings back to engineering.

You’ll collaborate with Sales and Supply teams, avoid sales pitches, and focus on removing friction to accelerate customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise AI platforms or developer clouds is a plus.
• Ability to understand customer problems and translate them into technical demos.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand their goals and help them build fast-proof demonstrations.
• Stand up small demo clusters to prove platform value for exact problems.
• Close gaps by guiding customers rather than pitching features, and relay feedback to engineering.
