Job summary

Optimove in the United Kingdom is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join the Dundee-based hybrid team. You will be the technical bridge between sales and customers, running product demos, mapping requirements, and guiding integration discussions to show how Optimove fits real business needs.

You'll collaborate with data and product teams, work across iGaming, e-commerce, and retail projects, and grow your MarTech expertise. A strong English communicator with initiative will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid Dundee office 2 days a week
• Strong foundational technical skills with APIs and integrations

Responsibilities

• Lead tech calls, product demos and integration discussions with prospects
• Map customer requirements to Optimove solution and demonstrate fit
• Support RFP/RFI responses and cross‑team collaboration
• Leverage AI to build demo assets and stories for prospects
• Work with Data and Integration teams to align front-stage and back-stage activities
• Travel occasionally to conferences and on-site visits
