Job summary

This is Prime Limited is growing its Leeds sales team and seeks a Business Development Representative to generate new business for our proven SaaS product.

You will make 75+ outbound calls daily, prospect via phone and email, speak with business owners and senior decision-makers, qualify prospects and book product demonstrations, and build your own sales pipeline toward ambitious targets with uncapped commission and fast progression into a full-cycle role.

The Role

As a Business Development Representative, you'll be responsible for generating new business and creating opportunities for the wider sales team.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Making 75+ outbound calls per day
• Prospecting through phone, email and other channels
• Speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers
• Understanding customer challenges and identifying opportunities
• Qualifying prospects and booking product demonstrations
• Building and managing your own pipeline
• Working towards individual and team targets

You'll develop valuable experience across B2B sales, SaaS, prospecting and business development.

£25k basic, increasing to £27k after probation, plus uncapped commission.
