SIMPRO is seeking an Account Executive – NCA in Reading to own the front door for new business. You’ll hunt, qualify, demo, and close net-new logos, building your own pipeline and driving value through Simpro Group’s platform.

You’ll operate in a true full-cycle, net-new hunting environment, collaborating with Sales Engineering and Implementation teams to ensure successful post-close handoffs. A strong tracker for quota attainment is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B SaaS or field service sales with quota attainment.
• Proven hunter with success in opening new logos.
• Experience in full cycle selling: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, close.

Responsabilités

• Own defined territory and target net-new logos.
• Run full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Build a robust self-sourced pipeline at ≥3x quota.
• Collaborate with Sales Eng., Implementation, and Account Management for smooth hand-off.
