Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Location: Candidate must currently reside in Germany (remote within the country is fine).

Language: Fluent German + business-level English (written & spoken).

Market Focus

Proven experience building pipelines and closing deals in DACH, with a priority on Germany.

What You Will Be Doing

• Identify and qualify new prospects for our testing/CRO SaaS platform.
• Own full-cycle sales—outbound prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Articulate product value to multiple personas (growth, marketing, analytics, UX).
• Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive expansion.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly/quarterly ARR targets and activity KPIs.
