Job summary

A leading media company is seeking an RTR Accountant - Reconciliations to ensure balance sheet accuracy and deliver reconciliations according to best practices. The role entails using ITV's reconciliation tool, investigating discrepancies, and supporting audit activities. Ideal candidates will have experience in accounting systems and demonstrated proficiency within a Record to Report function. Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience within a Record to Report (RTR) function.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge.
• Experience working within a shared service or global finance environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, monthly, and year-end accounting activities.
• Prepare reconciliations for revenue and balance sheet accounts.
• Support audit activities and maintain a robust control environment.

Skills

Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE accountant

Proficiency in accounting systems (Oracle Fusion ERP)

Solid understanding of general ledger and month-end preparation

Experience in performing reconciliations

Advanced IT skills and proficiency in Excel

Strong analytical mindset
